The Hannah Montana star dropped in at Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood, California, to mix up a concoction named after herself, with her sister Brandi Cyrus on hand for moral support. “Just made my own shake at millions of milk shakes! SO Yummyyy It definitely brightened up my day!” Cyrus tweeted afterward. Shortly beforehand, she noted, “Listening to old school love songs.
